Byron grew up in New York City and started rock climbing in 2012. He has now climbed more than 3000 pitches in a dozen countries and across the US. Byron developed the Gunks app, which includes the climbing guidebook for Cayman Brac. He lives nomadically, chasing good weather and documenting new climbing areas. Byron is an AMGA Certified Single Pitch Instructor.
